Unsweetened cocoa powder
plus extra for dusting

Whole milk
steamed and frothed to a dense microfoam
Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions
Coat a small clear espresso glass with cocoa powder.
Pull a fresh shot directly into the glass over the cocoa.
Steam whole milk to a dense, glossy microfoam.
Spoon the foam over the espresso, dust with cocoa, and serve at once.
